MLD Construction is a fully licensed enterprise registered in Lao PDR, headquartered in Ban Phaxay Village, Chanthabouly District, Vientiane Capital. The company is led by Director Mr. Bounlerd Khounthavong and holds current enterprise registration and tax compliance certificates with the relevant Lao PDR authorities.
Our work spans architectural and structural design, road and bridge design, general contracting, and electrical installation — delivered by our own technical, administrative, finance, and HR teams, and supported by an in-house fleet of construction equipment.
Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include residential apartments, guesthouses, villas, rural roads, and public infrastructure projects across Vientiane Capital.

01. Registration & Foundation
MLD Construction was established as a Sole Member Limited Company and formally registered under the Lao PDR, headquartered in Ban Phakhao Village, Xaythany District, Vientiane Capital.
02. Certified Operator Training
Our machinery operators completed formal maintenance-vehicle training at the Lao-German Technical School (documented certification, July 2014) — the foundation of our in-house equipment expertise.
03. Fleet & Capability Expansion
Growth of an owned, multi-brand heavy-equipment fleet — excavators, dump trucks, graders, bulldozers, rollers and survey equipment — now standing at 107+ units.
04. Safety Framework Formalized
Adoption of a comprehensive 35-point Occupational Health & Safety policy governing PPE, hazard control, working hours and incident reporting across every site.
05. Today
